Night Vision Clinical Study - Now Enrolling

Have you had LASIK or other corrective eye surgery but now have poor vision at night or in dimly lit environments? Do headlights or steetlights sometimes appear to have excessive glare, halos, or starburts around them?

While diminished night vision is a natural part of aging, it is also a common side effect of procedures designed to eliminate the need for glasses, such as LASIK.

Although nearly 20 million Americans struggle with poor night vision, there are no approved therapies. This is why doctors and researchers are working to develop new medications that may be able to help.

If you had LASIK or other corrective eye surgery more than 6 months ago but now struggle with night vision (or dim light vision), you may qualify for a new research study. The study is for an investigational eye drop medication that may help improve night vision.

If you qualify and choose to join the study, you will be seen by a local specialist and will receive all study-related care and medication at no cost. You will also be compensated for your time and travel to attend periodic visits at your study doctor’s office (up to 5 visits over a 6-week period).
